From Pendleton, take I-84 E toward La Grande. Drive for approximately 36 miles. Take exit 216 for US-30 toward Meacham. Turn left onto Old Oregon Trail Hwy after exiting. Continue for about 2.5 miles, and you will arrive at Emigrant Springs State Heritage Area, located at 65068 Old Oregon Trail Hwy, Meacham, OR 97859.

If you are coming from Hermiston, head east on I-82 S to I-84 E. Take I-84 E and drive for about 50 miles. Take exit 216 for US-30 toward Meacham. Turn left onto Old Oregon Trail Hwy after exiting. Continue for about 2.5 miles to reach Emigrant Springs State Heritage Area.
