    From any location in Umpqua Valley, head towards Highway 138. If you're near Roseburg, take I-5 North and exit at Highway 138 East. Continue on Highway 138 until you reach the junction with Highway 97. Turn onto Highway 97 South. After a few miles, follow signs for Willamette National Forest and continue onto Forest Road 47. The last stretch involves a gravel road, so be cautious. Follow the signs to Terwilliger Hot Springs, which is about 4 miles from the junction. Look for a small parking area where you can leave your car.
