Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start from the town of Joseph, Oregon. Head south on Main St toward Wallowa Lake Hwy (OR-82). After approximately 1.5 miles, turn right onto Wallowa Lake Hwy. Continue for about 3 miles, and you will find Flying Arrow Resort on your left at 59782 Wallowa Lake Hwy. Look for the resort sign to guide you into the parking area.

• Public Transportation

  Public transportation options are limited in Wallowa County. However, you can take a bus from La Grande to Joseph via the Valley Transit system. Once you arrive in Joseph, you will need to use a taxi service or rideshare app to reach Flying Arrow Resort, as it's approximately 3 miles away from the bus stop. There may be additional costs for the taxi or rideshare service, generally ranging from $10 to $15.

• Bicycle

  For those feeling adventurous, biking is a great way to reach Flying Arrow Resort. Starting from Joseph, follow Wallowa Lake Hwy (OR-82) south for about 3 miles.   If you're staying in Joseph and feel up for a walk, you can walk to the resort. Head south on Main St, then turn right onto Wallowa Lake Hwy (OR-82). The distance is about 3 miles, so be prepared for a 1 to 1.5-hour walk. Ensure you have good walking shoes and stay hydrated, as there may not be facilities along the route.
