• Car

  If you are traveling by car within Wallowa County, start by heading towards the city of Enterprise. From Enterprise, take OR-82 E toward Wallowa Lake. Continue on OR-82 E for approximately 22 miles until you reach the Wallowa Lake area. As you approach Wallowa Lake, keep an eye out for signs indicating access to the Mount Howard tramway. Follow the signs to the Wallowa Lake Tramway parking area. Parking is available on-site and typically costs around $5 to $10 depending on the season.
