Starting from Wallowa Lake, head southwest on OR-82 S towards Joseph. Continue on OR-82 S for about 9 miles until you reach Joseph. Once you enter Joseph, turn left onto S Park St. Joseph City Park will be on your right at 503 S Park St #501. There is free parking available near the park.
Public Transportation
If you are relying on public transportation, you will first need to take a local shuttle or bus service from Wallowa Lake to Joseph. Check local schedules as they may vary, but typically, you can find a shuttle that operates during peak tourist seasons. Once you arrive in Joseph, the park is a short walk. Head south on S Park St, and you will find Joseph City Park at 503 S Park St #501. Make sure to check for any fare costs on the shuttle bus.
Bicycle
For those who prefer cycling, you can ride from Wallowa Lake to Joseph. Follow the OR-82 S road, which has a designated bike lane. Upon entering Joseph, continue on S Park St until you reach the park at 503 S Park St #501.
