If you are driving from anywhere in the Wallowa Mountains, head towards Joseph, Oregon. Use Wallowa Lake Highway (OR-351) and continue on this road. After approximately 10 miles, you will see the signs for Flying Arrow Resort on your left at 59782 Wallowa Lake Hwy, Joseph, OR 97846. There is no toll on this route.
Public Transportation
Since public transportation options in the Wallowa Mountains are limited, your best bet is to take a bus to Joseph, Oregon. Check with local services for availability. Once you arrive in Joseph, you can use a taxi or rideshare service to reach Flying Arrow Resort at 59782 Wallowa Lake Hwy, which is about 3 miles away.
