    If you are traveling by car, start from the nearest major town, Fossil, OR. Head south on Highway 19 for approximately 30 miles until you reach the junction with Highway 26. Turn left onto Highway 26 heading east. Continue on Highway 26 for about 25 miles. Look for signs indicating Skull Hollow Campground. You will turn right onto a forest road. Drive about 3 miles down this road until you reach the campground entrance. Be aware that there is a fee of $15 per night for camping.

    If you are using public transportation, first take a Greyhound bus to the nearest city, Bend, OR. From Bend, you can rent a car at one of the rental agencies available at the airport or downtown. Once you have a rental car, follow the instructions above starting from Bend: take Highway 97 north to Highway 26, then continue to follow the directions to Skull Hollow Campground. Ensure you check for car rental availability and prices in advance.
