If you're driving to Smith Rock from Bend, take US-97 N towards Redmond. After about 20 miles, take the exit for OR-126 E towards Prineville. Continue on OR-126 E for about 8 miles, then turn left onto Smith Rock State Park Road. Follow the road for about 2 miles, and you'll arrive at the park entrance. There is a parking fee of $5 per vehicle, which you can pay at the entrance.
