From any location in Willamette Valley, head to Highway 22. If you're in Salem, take OR-22 E towards Stayton. If you're in Albany, take I-5 S to OR-22 E. Continue on OR-22 E for about 27 miles until you reach the exit for Lyons. Take the exit towards Lyons and turn right onto 1st St. Continue straight until you reach N Fork Rd. Turn left onto N Fork Rd and follow it for approximately 6 miles. The Opal Creek Wilderness entrance will be on your right at 22985 N Fork Rd, Lyons, OR 97358. Parking may be limited, so plan to arrive early.
