Car
If you are driving from Muzaffarabad, take the Neelum Valley Road (N-5) towards Sharda. After approximately 30 km, turn onto the road leading to Budnumbal. Continue on this road for about 10 km until you reach Zarla View Point. The road can be narrow and steep in places, so drive carefully. There are no significant tolls, but be prepared for occasional checkpoints.

Public Transportation
From Muzaffarabad, take a local bus to Sharda, which should cost around 200 PKR. Once you arrive in Sharda, hire a local taxi or use a shared van to Budnumbal, which will cost approximately 500-700 PKR. Inform the driver that you wish to go to Zarla View Point. The taxi ride will take about 30 minutes. Be sure to arrange your return trip with the driver or find another taxi when you are ready to leave, as public transport can be infrequent in remote areas.
