If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Muzaffarabad, the capital of Azad Jammu and Kashmir. Head south on the main road (M1) for about 50 kilometers until you reach the town of Kotli. Once in Kotli, follow the signs to Khalaqabad. Continue on Kotli Road for about 10 kilometers, and you will find Jari Kas Park on your left. Ensure you have a GPS or a map application handy, as some areas may have limited signage. Parking is available near the park entrance.

For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from Muzaffarabad to Kotli. Buses are frequent and the journey takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive at Kotli, you can hire a local taxi or use a motorcycle rickshaw to reach Jari Kas Park. The taxi ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes and should cost around 300-500 PKR. Be sure to negotiate the fare before starting your ride. Alternatively, some local buses may also head towards Khalaqabad; ask the driver if they pass by Jari Kas Park.
