If you are driving from Muzaffarabad, take the Neelum Valley Road (N-15) and continue towards Kotli. After reaching Kotli, follow the Kotli - Mirpur Road. The Mahuli / Gulpur Waterfall is located near the road. Look for signs indicating the waterfall as you get closer, and be prepared to park your vehicle safely by the roadside.

To reach Mahuli / Gulpur Waterfall using public transportation, start by taking a bus or a shared van from Muzaffarabad to Kotli.
