Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving to Gilgit Baltistan Adventure located in Chorit Valley, Rupal, start from Skardu city. Take the Skardu-Rupal Road (also known as the Rupal Valley Road). It is approximately a 3-hour drive covering around 80 kilometers. The road is scenic, passing through beautiful landscapes, so enjoy the views along the way. You will reach a fork in the road; take the left towards Rupal. Continue driving until you reach Chorit Valley. Look for signage directing you to Gilgit Baltistan Adventure. Parking is available nearby.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Gilgit Baltistan Adventure via public transportation, take a local bus or van from Skardu to Rupal. The buses leave from the Skardu bus stand and run regularly; the fare is approximately 300 PKR. The journey takes around 3-4 hours, depending on road conditions. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Chorit Valley stop. From there, you may need to walk for about 15-20 minutes to reach the attraction. Be sure to check the bus schedule beforehand, as services may be limited.

• Taxi

  For a more comfortable and direct route, consider hiring a taxi from Skardu to Gilgit Baltistan Adventure. Taxis can be found at taxi stands or can be arranged through your hotel. The cost for a one-way trip is approximately 3000-4000 PKR. The journey will take about 3 hours, and the driver will take you directly to the entrance of the attraction, making it a convenient option if you prefer not to use public transportation.

• Hiking

  For the adventurous souls, if you are already in the Rupal Valley area, you can hike to Gilgit Baltistan Adventure from nearby trails. Make sure to have a local guide to help navigate the trails, as they can be tricky. The hike can take anywhere from 1 to 3 hours, depending on your starting point and pace. Ensure you're equipped with proper hiking gear and supplies, as this route is more challenging.
