Start at the Chitral Bazaar, which is a central point in Chitral. From the bazaar, head north towards the Chitral River. You will see the river on your right. Continue walking alongside the river for about 15 minutes until you reach the main street. Once you reach the main street, take a left and continue walking straight for approximately 20 minutes. You will pass several local shops and eateries. Keep an eye out for the sign pointing towards Governor Cottage on your right. Once you see the sign, follow the path that leads up the hill towards the cottage, which is located at VQ6P+FQX. The journey should take about 45 minutes in total.

Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start at the Chitral Bazaar and head north towards the Chitral River. Follow the river road for about 15 minutes until you reach the main street. Turn left onto the main street and continue cycling straight for approximately 20 minutes. You will pass various shops and local attractions. Look for a sign on your right indicating the path to Governor Cottage. Follow that path uphill to reach the cottage. The entire trip should take around 30 minutes depending on your cycling speed.
