Car
If you are driving from Skardu to Organic Village, start your journey by heading southeast on the Skardu-Kachura Road. Continue on this road for about 15 kilometers until you reach the Kachura Lake area. From there, take a left turn towards the Skardu-Kharpocho Fort Road, which leads you up towards the fort. The Organic Village is located near Kharpocho Fort, which is an easy landmark to follow. The roads are mostly paved, but be cautious of any rough patches. There is no toll fee for this route.

Public Transportation
To reach Organic Village using public transportation, start by taking a local bus or shared van from Skardu to Kachura. Buses depart frequently and the fare is approximately PKR 300. Once you arrive at Kachura, you can hire a local taxi or a motorbike for about PKR 500-700 to reach Kharpocho Fort. Inform the driver that you are heading to Organic Village, which is close to the fort. Be prepared for a short hike from the drop-off point to reach the village.

If you are already in Deosai National Park and prefer hiking, you can trek from the nearest point to Organic Village. Begin your hike from the Deosai Plains, heading towards Kharpocho Fort. The trek will take approximately 2-3 hours depending on your pace and is about 7 kilometers long. Make sure to carry sufficient water and snacks, as there are no facilities along the trail. The route is well-marked but expect some rugged terrain.
