If you're traveling by car along the Karakoram Highway, head towards Gilgit. From Gilgit, take the N-15 road towards Ghizer district. Follow the signs towards Gupis, which is approximately 2 hours from Gilgit. Continue on the N-15 for about 30 km until you reach the junction for Kakakhail. Turn left and follow the road for about 10 km until you arrive at Kakakhail. Ensure your vehicle is in good condition as the roads may have some rough patches.
