From the center of Gilgit, head towards the main bus terminal (Gilgit Bus Stand). Once you reach the terminal, ask for a shared van heading to Aliabad, which is approximately 25 kilometers away. The fare is usually around 200-300 PKR. The vans leave frequently, so you shouldn't have to wait long. Upon arrival in Aliabad, get off at the Central JK Aliabad stop. From there, the Historic Watch Tower is a short walk away. Head towards the direction of the main road, and look for signs pointing towards the watch tower, which is located at 8J3C+V9G. It should take about 10-15 minutes on foot from the bus stop.
