Getting There

Walking
From the center of Gilgit, head towards Gilgit Road (also known as the main road). You can start from the Gilgit Bus Stand. Walk southeast along the Gilgit Road. After about 1 kilometer, you will pass by the Gilgit Scouts Headquarters on your left. Continue walking straight for another 1.5 kilometers, and you will see the NHA Bridge Monument/Nad e Ali Chowk on your right. The monument is located in the Sakwar area, and you will recognize it by its distinct architecture and surrounding area.

From the Gilgit Bus Stand, you can take a local rickshaw to Nad e Ali Chowk. Simply ask the rickshaw driver to take you to 'NHA Bridge Monument' or 'Nad e Ali Chowk'.
