If you are traveling by car, head towards Skardu town. From the Skardu city center, take the Chumik Road. Follow the road for approximately 2 kilometers until you see the signs for Kharphocho Fort. There is parking available near the fort entrance. The entry ticket costs Rs 70 for Pakistanis.

If you prefer public transport, you can take a local bus or shared taxi from Skardu city center to Kharphocho Fort. Look for signs or ask locals for the nearest bus stop for Kharphocho. The journey will take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the base of the fort, you may need to walk uphill for about 10-15 minutes to reach the fort entrance. The entry fee is Rs 70.

If you are already in Skardu town, you can walk to Kharphocho Fort. The distance from the town center to the fort is approximately 2 kilometers.
