Follow the signs towards Naran, but remain on the main road. After approximately 4 km, you will reach the village of Balakot. Take a short break here and enjoy the views. From Balakot, continue your journey by following the same road towards Naran for about 20 km. As you get closer to Naran, look for a path leading towards the Pir-Sar Ridge. It is a steep ascent, so take your time and enjoy the scenic views around you.

Once you have reached the base of Pir-Sar Ridge, prepare for a trekking experience. The trek starts from Dandai, which is a village accessible from Naran. The trek to the top of Pir-Sar Ridge is approximately 3-4 hours long, depending on your pace. Follow the marked trails and look out for local guides who can assist you along the way. Ensure you carry enough water and snacks. As you ascend, take breaks to enjoy the stunning panoramic views of the Kaghan Valley.
