Getting There

Car
If you are driving from Karimabad, take the main road towards Gilgit. As you leave Karimabad, continue on the KKH (Karakoram Highway) for about 5 kilometers. Look for the sign that indicates Summayar Valley. Turn onto the road that leads into Summayar Valley. After about 10 kilometers, you will start seeing signs for Baitham Lodge. Follow the Jatorkhan Road for approximately 2 kilometers until you reach the lodge.

Public Transport
From Karimabad, you can take a local bus or a shared taxi towards Gilgit. Inform the driver to drop you at the junction for Summayar Valley. This ride will cost approximately 200 PKR. Once you reach the junction, you can either walk (about 10 kilometers) or hire a local taxi to take you to Baitham Lodge, which should cost around 500 PKR. The taxi will take you directly to Jatorkhan Road where the lodge is located.

Walking
If you prefer to walk from the junction where you get dropped off, head towards Jatorkhan Road. The walk is approximately 10 kilometers and will take about 2-3 hours. Make sure to carry water and wear comfortable shoes, as the path can be uneven and steep in some areas.
