If you're traveling by car within Khunjerab Pass, begin your journey at the Khunjerab Pass National Park entrance. Head south on the main road toward the town of Sost. After approximately 35 kilometers, you will reach the turnoff for the Khamosh Waterfall. It's marked with a small sign. Turn left and follow the dirt road for about 5 kilometers. The road may be rough, so drive cautiously. Upon reaching the waterfall, there is a parking area where you can safely leave your vehicle.

To access Khamosh Waterfall via public transport, take a minibus or shared taxi from Khunjerab Pass to Sost, which is the nearest town. The fare is approximately PKR 200-300.
