Car
If you are traveling by car within Deosai National Park, head towards the Sheosar Lake area. From there, take the road leading to Gultari. Follow the signs for Bari la Top, which is approximately 15 km from Sheosar Lake. The road may be rough, so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. Once you reach the Gultari area, look for a small sign indicating the trailhead to Bari la Top.

Public Transportation
Take a local bus or jeep from Skardu to Deosai National Park. The bus will drop you off at the nearest point to Sheosar Lake. From there, you will need to hire a local jeep or arrange for a guided tour that includes transport to Gultari. The ride from Sheosar Lake to Gultari may cost around PKR 2000-3000. Once in Gultari, proceed to the trailhead leading to Bari la Top. Be sure to confirm with the driver about the stop for Bari la Top.

After arriving at the Gultari area, park your vehicle or disembark from the jeep. The hike to Bari la Top starts from the designated trailhead. It is recommended to have a local guide due to the rugged terrain. The hike can take around 2-3 hours, depending on your pace, and is about 5 km in distance. Ensure you have proper hiking gear, adequate water, and snacks for the journey.
