After about 120 km, you will reach Kargil. From Kargil, continue on the same road for another 70 km until you arrive at the village of Sankoo. Here, you can find local signs directing you towards Suru River. The last few kilometers will be on smaller roads leading directly to the river. Ensure your vehicle is in good condition as the roads can be rough.
