Car
If you are traveling by car from Leh, head towards Kargil on NH 1D. The journey will take approximately 3-4 hours, covering a distance of about 220 km. Once you reach Kargil, continue driving towards Drass. After entering Drass, look for signs directing you to Tiger Hill. The road to Tiger Hill is well-marked, and you'll need to take a left turn before reaching the Drass town center. The hill is about 11 km from Drass town and the final stretch is a steep incline. Parking is available near the viewpoint.

Public Transportation
From Leh, take a bus to Kargil, which operates daily and takes approximately 6-7 hours. Once in Kargil, you can find shared taxis heading to Drass. The taxi ride to Drass will take about 30-40 minutes. In Drass, you can hire a local taxi to take you to Tiger Hill. The taxi fare may vary, so it's advisable to negotiate beforehand; expect to pay around INR 500-700 for a round trip. The road from Drass to Tiger Hill is steep and offers scenic views along the way.

For the adventurous, renting a motorcycle in Leh is an exciting option. Ride along NH 1D towards Kargil, and then take the turn towards Drass as described in the car route. The ride will take you through some of the most stunning landscapes of Ladakh. Ensure you have a valid riding license and check the rental terms. Fuel stations are limited, so fill up your tank in Leh or Kargil. The final ride from Drass to Tiger Hill will require extra caution, as the roads can be steep and winding.
