If you are in Neelum Valley, you can drive to Machiara National Park by taking the Neelum Road. Start from the main town of Muzaffarabad and head northeast on Neelum Road (N-15) for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the town of Sharda. From Sharda, continue on Neelum Road, which will take you directly to Machiara National Park. The total drive will take around 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions. Make sure to check the condition of your vehicle as the roads can be narrow and winding.
