Getting There

Car
If you are traveling by car within Neelum Valley, start from Muzaffarabad, the capital of Azad Kashmir, and head northeast on the Neelum Valley Road (N-15). This scenic route will take you through beautiful landscapes and small villages. After approximately 40 kilometers, you will reach the town of Keran, which is the gateway to Neelum Valley. Continue driving along the river for about 20 more kilometers until you reach Sharda, where you can stop to explore the historical Sharda Peeth ruins. From Sharda, proceed towards Kel, which is about 15 kilometers away. The road can be narrow and winding, so drive carefully. Finally, from Kel, you can access various trekking routes and nearby valleys.
