Start from the Rawalpindi Railway Station. Exit the station and head east on Benazir Bhutto Road (formerly known as Murree Road). Continue walking straight for about 2 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Service Road. Turn left onto Service Road and continue straight for another 1 kilometer. You will see the entrance to the park where the Highest National Flag is located. Follow the signs to the flag.
