    If you have a car, start your journey from Mingora, the largest city in Swat Valley. Head northwest on the Saidu Sharif Road, which will take you towards the scenic Kalam Valley. Continue driving for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the town of Madyan. From Madyan, take the road that leads towards Bahrain and then follow the signs towards Kalam. After about 15 kilometers, keep an eye out for a small road on your right that leads to Donchar Gul Waterfall. Park your car at a safe location and follow the footpath down to the waterfall, which is about a 15-minute walk from the parking area.
