If you are travelling by car, start from Mingora, the main city in Swat Valley. Head north on the Saidu Sharif Road (N-90) towards Saidu Sharif. After about 5 km, take a left onto the Madyan Road (also known as the Kalam Road). Continue on this road for approximately 30 km, passing through beautiful valleys and small villages. Once you reach Madyan, continue straight for another 15 km until you reach the area of Plandra Gari Kabal, located at Q64X+39G. Parking is usually available along the roadside.

From Mingora, you can take a local bus or minibus to Madyan. Look for buses at the Mingora Bus Terminal. The fare is typically around PKR 200-300 (approximately $1-2) per person. The journey takes about 1 to 1.5 hours. Once in Madyan, you can either walk or hire a local taxi to cover the remaining 15 km to Plandra Gari Kabal. The taxi fare may range from PKR 500-700 ($3-5) depending on negotiation.

Walking
For the adventurous, if you are already in Madyan and prefer to explore on foot, you can walk the remaining 15 km to Plandra Gari Kabal. The route is scenic but may take around 3-4 hours, so be prepared with water and snacks. Follow the Madyan-Kalam Road, enjoying the natural beauty of the Swat Valley along the way.
