To reach Sangar Top via public transport, take a bus or a shared van from Mingora to Khwaza Khela. This journey typically costs around 100-200 PKR and lasts about 30-45 minutes. Once in Khwaza Khela, you will need to hire a local taxi or arrange a ride to Sangar Top, which is approximately a 10-kilometer distance. The taxi fare may range from 500 to 1000 PKR, depending on your negotiation skills and the taxi service.
