Getting There

• Walking

  From the center of Koror Town, head towards the main road (Route 1) and walk northeast. Continue walking for about 20 minutes until you reach the junction with Route 3. At this junction, you can see the signpost indicating the direction to Ngardmau Waterfalls. Follow Route 3, which takes you through lush greenery and local villages. After about 1 mile (1.6 km), you will see a small sign for Ngardmau Waterfalls. Continue walking along this path until you reach the entrance of the falls, which is well marked.

• Bicycle

  If you have access to a bicycle, start from the center of Koror Town and ride northeast towards Route 1. Follow Route 1 for approximately 2 miles (3.2 km) until you reach the junction with Route 3. Turn left onto Route 3. Enjoy the scenic views as you pedal through the countryside for about another mile. Look for the sign for Ngardmau Waterfalls on your right. You can park your bicycle at the entrance and walk the remaining distance to the falls.

• Public Transport (Van)

  From the center of Koror Town, locate the public transport area where local vans pick up passengers. Look for a van that indicates it goes to Ngiwal or Ngardmau. The fare is usually quite affordable. Once on the van, inform the driver that you are heading to Ngardmau Waterfalls. The ride will take about 30 minutes. The driver will drop you off near the entrance to the waterfalls. From there, follow the established path to reach the falls.
