Getting There

  • Walking

    From the center of Ngaremlengui, head southeast towards the main road (Route 1). Continue walking along this road for about 3.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 5. At this junction, turn left onto Route 5. Keep walking straight for another 2 kilometers. You should see signs directing you to Koror. Continue on Route 5 until it merges into the main road leading to Koror. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will arrive at a lookout point with stunning views of the ocean. From here, the Palau Aquarium is only a short distance away. Keep walking for another 500 meters and look for signs indicating the entrance to the aquarium on your right.

    Start at the Ngaremlengui bus stop located near the local market. Board a bus heading towards Koror; these buses generally run every hour. The ride to Koror will take approximately 30 minutes. Inform the driver you are going to the Palau Aquarium, and they will let you know when to get off. Once you arrive in Koror, walk towards the waterfront area (about a 10-minute walk). Look for the signs directing you to the aquarium, which is located at 8FQ8+C92, Koror. The aquarium is easily accessible from the waterfront.
