Walking
From the center of Boquete, start at the main square (Parque de Boquete). Head northeast on Avenida 10 de Abril towards Calle 1a. After about 200 meters, turn left onto Calle 1a and continue for another 500 meters until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Jaramillo Arriba. At the junction, turn right onto the road to Jaramillo Arriba. Continue straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will notice a sign for Los Establos Panama on your left. Follow the signs, and you will reach the hotel.

From the main square in Boquete, walk to the local bus stop near the Plaza de Feria. Take a bus heading to Jaramillo Arriba. The bus ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Los Establos Panama. Once you get off, walk back a short distance until you see the sign for the hotel on your left. It's a short walk from the bus stop.
