Follow Calle 50 until it merges into the Corredor Sur, a toll road. Stay on the Corredor Sur for about 15 minutes. Take the exit toward the Miraflores Locks, and follow the signs to the Miraflores Visitor's Center. Note that there is a toll fee of approximately $0.75 to $1.50 for the Corredor Sur.
