If you're driving, start by getting onto the Avenida Balboa from wherever you are in Central Panama. Follow the Avenida Balboa, and continue straight until you reach the Plaza de Francia. From there, take a left onto Avenida Eloy Alfaro. Continue on Avenida Eloy Alfaro for about 1.5 kilometers. The Palacio de Las Garzas will be on your right, located at address XF38+H6F. Look for the large building with distinctive architecture.

To reach the Palacio de Las Garzas via public transportation, find a bus that goes towards Plaza de Francia or Avenida Eloy Alfaro. Many buses in Central Panama have 'Plaza de Francia' as a destination. Once you get off at Plaza de Francia, walk towards Avenida Eloy Alfaro and take a left. Continue walking for around 1.5 kilometers until you see the Palacio de Las Garzas on your right. Ensure to ask the bus driver or locals for the best bus route or stop if you're uncertain.
