If you're driving, start by getting onto the Avenida Balboa from wherever you are in Central Panama. Follow the Avenida Balboa, and continue straight until you reach the Plaza de Francia. From there, take a left onto Avenida Eloy Alfaro. Continue on Avenida Eloy Alfaro for about 1.5 kilometers. The Palacio de Las Garzas will be on your right, located at address XF38+H6F. Look for the large building with distinctive architecture.
