San Blas Islands Trip with a native who speaks English

Best Option for visiting the San Blas Islands

Our private tour with Mr. G was a highlight of our two week stay in Panama. A car picked us up and took us to the boat dock in the Guna Yala territory and then returned us to our hotel at the end of the day, very comfortable, with a great driver. The trip itself was tailored to our interest, as retired teachers, in education, so we stopped on an island to visit a school- went to 5 islands in all, had a yummy lunch in a very private spot, snorkeled in three beautiful places, and learned a great deal about the Guna Yala people and their culture. We had a much more authentic experience than the boats with 20-30 people listening to a pre-programmed script. Worth every penny to have individual attention to what we wanted to do and see, and to learn from a local who knew people everywhere we stopped. I bought a couple of gorgeous molas, under no pressure to buy whatsoever, supporting the local artisans and obtaining a meaningful souvenir. We highly recommend this tour, which was far beyond the masses of people taken to a couple of islands and then the sand bar to stand there and flirt and drink (hey, no judgement, but not our jam!). Mr G. also took a lot of good pictures of us which he immediately sent, which was really a nice touch. Thank you Victor and Mr. G!

Excellent service.

It was an excellent experience. We would return. The food was very delicious. I recommend asking if the lobster is available!

So peaceful and quiet

Such a relaxing place. Everyone we met was chill, and the vibe was totally laid-back. Perfect spot to do nothing for a couple days.
