From the central bus terminal in David, take a bus heading towards Boquete. The buses are frequent, so you shouldn't have to wait long. Once you board, let the driver know you want to go to Ecoparque Cerro la Cruz. The journey will take about 30-40 minutes. You will be dropped off near the entrance of the park. From there, walk towards Hacia los Naranjos street, and the park entrance will be visible.
