Car

From Panama City, take the Pan-American Highway (Route 1) towards the north. Continue for about 120 km until you reach the town of El Valle de Antón. Once in El Valle, follow the signs towards the center of town. Turn onto C. la Planta, and Butterfly Haven will be on your left. Parking is available nearby.

Public Transportation - Bus

From Panama City, head to the Albrook Bus Terminal. Look for buses heading to El Valle de Antón; the journey takes approximately 2 hours and costs around $5. Once you arrive in El Valle, you can either walk or take a taxi to Butterfly Haven, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus station. Just ask locals for directions to C. la Planta.
