Car
If you are driving from Panama City, take the Corredor Norte highway towards the north. After approximately 15 km, take the exit towards the Soberanía National Park. Continue on the main road for about 20 km until you reach the park entrance at 38FR+P38, Las Cumbres. There is usually a small entrance fee, so be prepared to pay a few dollars.
Public Transportation
To reach Parque Nacional Soberanía by public transport, first head to the Albrook Bus Terminal in Panama City. From there, take a bus heading towards Las Cumbres or Parque Soberanía (look for buses that indicate they go to the national park). The journey takes about 30-45 minutes. Inform the bus driver of your destination, and they will drop you off at the nearest point to the park entrance, which is approximately a 5-10 minute walk from where you are dropped off. Ensure to carry some cash for the bus fare, which typically costs around $1.
Taxi or Rideshare
For a more direct route, consider taking a taxi or using a rideshare app like Uber from Panama City. This option provides convenience but will be more expensive, costing around $20-$30 depending on your pickup location. Make sure to confirm the driver understands you are going to Parque Nacional Soberanía, located at 38FR+P38, Las Cumbres.
