    Car

If you are traveling by car from Eastern Panama, start by heading west on the main highway towards Panama City. You will take the Pan-American Highway (Interamericana) which is well-marked. After approximately 1.5 to 2 hours of driving, keep an eye out for the signs directing you towards 'Panama City'. As you approach the city, follow signs for the 'Cinta Costera' and merge onto Avenida Balboa. Continue on Avenida Balboa until you reach the Causeway area. Turn onto Causeway 352 and follow it to your destination. Make sure to have some cash for parking, which may cost around $2-$5 depending on the location.

    Public Transportation

For public transportation, you can take a bus from major towns in Eastern Panama (like Colón or Santiago) to Panama City. Look for a bus marked 'Panama' or 'Panama City'. The bus ride will take around 2 to 3 hours depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the Albrook Bus Terminal in Panama City, look for the metro station nearby. Take the metro towards 'Los Andes' and get off at the 'Cinco de Mayo' station. From there, you can either take a taxi or walk approximately 15 minutes towards the Causeway area. If you choose to take a taxi, expect to pay around $5-$10 for the ride.
