Car
From Gamboa, start by heading southeast on the Gamboa Road (Calle Gamboa) toward the Pan-American Highway (Interamericana). After approximately 5 kilometers, make a left turn onto the Interamericana. After about 3 kilometers, take the exit toward Avenida Omar Torrijos. Continue on Avenida Omar Torrijos for about 6 kilometers until you reach the entrance of Metropolitan Natural Park. Parking is available at the park entrance.

Public Transportation
To reach Metropolitan Natural Park via public transportation, take a bus from Gamboa to Panama City. The buses can be found near the Gamboa entrance. Look for buses heading to Albrook Terminal. Once you arrive at Albrook Terminal, transfer to a bus that goes to the Parque Metropolitano stop. The total journey may take around 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the waiting times for buses. Note that bus fares are typically around $0.25 to $0.50 per person.
