From Gamboa, head south on the Gamboa Road towards the Pan-American Highway (Interamericana). Merge onto the Pan-American Highway heading east. Continue for about 20 kilometers. Take the exit towards Avenida Ricardo J. Alfaro. Merge onto Avenida Ricardo J. Alfaro and continue until you reach Calle 69 Este. Turn left onto Calle 69 Este and you will arrive at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish located on the right side.

From Gamboa, take a taxi or a local bus to Albrook Bus Terminal. From Albrook, you can catch a bus heading towards Panama City. Once you arrive in Panama City, look for a bus heading towards San Francisco. Ask the bus driver to drop you off at Calle 69 Este. From there, it's just a short walk to Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish which is located on your right.
