From Gamboa, head southeast on Gamboa Road (Via Gamboa) towards the Pan-American Highway (Carretera Panamericana). Continue for about 8 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the Pan-American Highway. Merge onto the highway and drive towards Panama City. After approximately 14 kilometers, take the exit toward Avenida de los Mártires. Continue straight onto Avenida de los Mártires, which will take you into the city. Once in the city, turn left onto Calle 15 Oeste and follow the road until you reach Portal del Barrio Chino, located at the coordinates XF46+WR4, C. 15 Oeste. Parking may be available nearby, but be prepared for potential parking fees in the area.

Start at the Gamboa bus stop and take a bus heading towards Panama City. Look for buses marked 'Panamá' or 'Albrook'. The fare is usually around $1.50. Once you arrive at Albrook Bus Terminal in Panama City, transfer to a local bus (usually referred to as 'diablos rojos') or a taxi that goes to the historic district. Inform the driver to drop you off at Calle 15 Oeste near Portal del Barrio Chino. The total journey may take around 1 to 1.5 hours depending on traffic. Make sure to have small change for the bus fare.
