If you are starting from the central square of Las Tablas (Plaza Mayor), head south on Avenida Bolívar. Continue straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach Avenida Julio Arjona. Turn left onto Avenida Julio Arjona and walk for about 300 meters. La Bandera Park will be on your right, just after the intersection with Calle 21.

From the central square in Las Tablas, look for a local bus heading towards Chitré. These buses are often marked with their destination on the front. Once you arrive in Chitré, get off at the bus terminal. From the terminal, walk about 500 meters south along Avenida Julio Arjona. La Bandera Park will be on your left after you pass the intersection with Calle 21.
