    Getting There

    Bus

    From Las Tablas, head to the main bus terminal located on Avenida 8 de Diciembre. Look for buses heading to Chitré, as this is your main route. The bus ride will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Once you arrive in Chitré, you will want to disembark at the main bus terminal in the city.

    Walking/Taxi

    After arriving at the Chitré bus terminal, you can either take a short taxi ride to Sarigua National Park or walk. For a taxi, simply ask for a ride to 'Sarigua National Park'. If you prefer to walk, head southeast on Avenida 2 and follow signs leading towards the park. It is approximately a 3-kilometer walk, which may take about 30-40 minutes.

    Local Transport

    Alternatively, you can look for local 'colectivo' taxis or shared vans that travel towards Sarigua National Park. These can be found near the Chitré bus terminal. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they are going to the park. This option is typically more economical and will take around 10-15 minutes to reach your destination.
