If you are near the Albrook Metro Station, take Line 1 (the red line) towards Los Andes. Get off at the 5th stop, which is the 'San Miguelito' station. From there, exit the metro and look for the bus stop. You will need to take a bus heading towards 'Av. Juan Pablo II'. Make sure to ask the bus driver or locals to confirm that the bus stops at 'Av. Juan Pablo II'. It should take around 15-20 minutes to reach your stop.

If you are starting from the city center (Cinta Costera), head to any bus stop along the main road. Look for buses that are marked with 'Metropolitan Natural Park' or 'Parque Metropolitano'. Buses in Panama City are inexpensive and frequent. The journey may take around 25-30 minutes, and you can inform the driver that you want to get off at Av. Juan Pablo II near the park.
