Metro

If you are near a Metro station, take Line 1 (the red line) towards the 'Los Andes' direction. Get off at the '5 de Mayo' station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to the stairs leading to the street level. Upon reaching the street, head east on Avenida Central for about 5 minutes until you reach Calle José D. de la Obaldía. Turn left onto Calle José D. de la Obaldía and walk for another 5 minutes. The Mola Museum will be on your right.
Bus

Look for a bus stop nearby and take a bus heading towards 'Calle 50' or 'El Cangrejo'. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at Plaza 5 de Mayo. From the plaza, walk east along Avenida Central for about 5 minutes until you reach Calle José D. de la Obaldía. Turn left onto Calle José D. de la Obaldía and continue walking for another 5 minutes. The Mola Museum will be on your right.
