Walking
Once you arrive at the Saboga Island ferry terminal, you will need to walk to Playa Negra. It's approximately a 20-30 minute walk from the ferry terminal. Head southwest on the main road, following the signs to Playa Negra. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes as the terrain can be uneven in places.
Local Transport (Taxi or Golf Cart)
