From Pedasi, head northwest on Avenida de los Mariscos toward Calle 8. Continue on Avenida de los Mariscos for about 1.5 kilometers. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the road towards Las Tablas. After approximately 18 kilometers, you will reach Las Tablas. Continue straight onto Route 2, following signs for Chitré. After about 22 kilometers, turn left onto the road marked towards Bajo Corral. Follow this road for 5 kilometers. You will reach Quebrada Grande, located at the coordinates JP8C+MFC.
Public Transportation
From Pedasi, take a local bus from the main bus terminal heading towards Las Tablas. The fare is approximately $1.50. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once in Las Tablas, transfer to a bus heading towards Chitré. Ask the bus driver to drop you off at Bajo Corral. The fare for this leg is around $1.75, and it will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Bajo Corral, you can walk approximately 5 kilometers to reach Quebrada Grande, or you can hire a local taxi for around $5.
